Steve Martin's Pennies from Heaven: Ekatn's Illuminati Parlor Trick

If A=1 B=2 C=3 then F=6 A=1 T=20 E=5 meaning FATE = 32. Kevin Neece's birthday is 2/9/1983. In Numerology 2 + 9 + 1 + 9 + 8 + 3 = 32. Kevin is haunted by FATE. And he makes Ah My Goddess Fan Films.

It's not a big secret that Steve Martin's 2ND Major Starring Role film Pennies from Heaven is a cursed movie. Steve Martin was being rewarded for his work on Carl Reiner's The Jerk by being given Studio Carte Blanche and he took full advantage of it bringing back Jerk co-star Bernadette Peters for an Ambitious Arthouse Musical. What Steve Martin did with Pennies from Heaven is similar to what Richard Kelly did when he followed up Donnie Darko with Southland Tales, suspiciously another cursed movie cast with Saturday Night Live actors. Most people assume the curse to be a box office flop followed by mixed bad reviews but one look at this film knowing what I know about The Three Fates and Hekate and I can tell you that the curse runs far deeper than you think it does. It's exactly like Stanley Kubrick hiding subliminal occult imagery in The Shining so he could create a genuinely haunted movie.

Steve Martin himself described the movie best, "There are two different audiences for Pennies from Heaven. Those who get it... and ignorant scum." Yeah, I get it, you made a movie about the difference between fantasy and reality in the mind of a Dreamer that somewhat predates Terry Gilliam's Brazil. Gotcha.

Your first question is: "Why would Hekate target Steve Martin?" I just got finished watching Steve Martin's First TV Special and it's dated October 31, 1976 which means it was shot on Halloween Night during the Witching Hours when people would be performing Demon Invocations and the Demons probably saw it. Just like how John Candy was born on Halloween and got cursed with a Spiritual Presence that manipulated his films. Take note also that Steve Martin cameo starred as a Waiter in The Muppet Movie which features a Song called, "THE RAINBOW CONNECTION", and that all of the songs in the Muppet Movie were written by Paul Williams, star of Phantom of the Paradise, a movie about a Music Producer who sells his soul to the Devil. Paul Williams also wrote the songs for Muppet Christmas Carol featuring the Ghosts of Past Present and Future inspired by Urd Verdandi and Skuld. Pennies from Heaven co-star Jessica Harper also co-starred in Phantom of the Paradise. The ad campaign for Pennies From Heaven stated that Steve Martin "lives on Both Side of the Rainbow", a second reference to Rainbows in Steve Martin's career. Rainbows in Norse Mythology were the Rainbow Gates leading into the Afterlife to Asgard and their connections in film might be cursed because of it. Take note that The Wizard of Oz was a death cursed production and it's famous for a song called "SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW." Adding to the Rainbow Connections, Steve Martin was in the Three Fates film Three Amigos, directed by John Landis of the curse Twilight Zone: The Movie, in Three Amigos with co-star Chevy Chase who starred in Under the Rainbow that made fun of the cursed Wizard of Oz production. So many Rainbow Connections here.

The most haunting element of Pennies from Heaven is Steve Martin chose to have the entire cast LIP SYNC to old phonograph records instead of singing the songs themselves meaning that they are invoking the voices of DEAD PEOPLE in their musical numbers. And the movie features Heaven in the title, and the Rainbow Connections are the Rainbow Gates to Asgard. You see where I'm getting at here, it might not have been intentional by Steve Martin at the time, but he accidentally made a haunted movie like The Shining. Take note that the singers and dancers throughout the movie are constantly seen in Three's just like the Three Fates Urd Verdandi and Skuld from Ah My Goddess.

After the musical number in the Classroom, you can see Jim Carrey's The Number 23 on both the Chalkboard and the Calender next to a Summoning Circle of Dead Presidents. 23 backwards is FATE = 32.

Jessica Harper from Phantom of the Paradise is seen in a dream sequence musical number wanting to backstab and murder Steve Martin with a pair of scissors. Jessica Harper was also in the Witchcraft Horror film Suspiria and it's sequel Suspiria. Take note that in the Occult World of Ouija Invocations, there is a Ghost Girl named Veronica who follows you around everywhere with a set of scissors and if you make fun of her or tease her out loud she'll stab you to death with them. Don't invoke Veronica and Don't Piss Her Off. You've been warned.

In the Prostitute Bar Scene, the imagery is meant to invoke the Spiritual Underworld and Christopher Walken is an Allegory for The Devil performing a Pimp Strip musical number called "Let's Misbehave". Take note that the images of The Three Fates appears in the musical number, and it's featured on the wall.

If you look at the wall behind Christopher Walken, you can see three nude women on purple shaded paper with a Crescent Moon. This signifies Three Witches giving worship to Hekate Goddess of the Crossroads and the Crescent Moon. She is the Mother, Maiden and Crone. Christopher Walken would later star in the Apocalypse Horror series The Prophecy as a Fallen Angel.

Here you can see the Images of The Three Fates again, Suspiria's Jessica Harper is on the left representing the Demon Goddess Urd, Bernadette Peters is Belldandy, and Steve Martin is standing in the place of Skuld Future Goddess of Death and Dark Omens, foreshadowing his FATE at the end of the movie. The act of singing into the microphone for a phonograph recording showcases that Steve Martin is making himself immortal just like all of the DEAD PEOPLE that he's been lip syncing to the entire movie.

When Steve Martin is about to be hanged for murder, you once again see the images of The Three Fates surrounding him, and the fourth one on the left is a Priest ready to send him to the afterlife. When Steve Martin finally gets to Heaven, he realizes that now his life is over, he's crossed over the Rainbow Bridge to Asgard where he can live in his Phonograph Musical Fantasy Land for as long as he wants now with no worries.

Why was Pennies from Heaven such a cursed movie? I guess it was just the right combination of the right elements, throw them all together in a pot and what you get is Wicked Witchcraft, "and although I know it's strictly Taboo".
