Before we begin on this one, I'd like you to take notice of a few things about Boiler Room. First off, there are only Three Actors on the cover, representing Three Fates, Urd Verdandi and Skolde. Secondly, on the bottom of the DVD box and Poster is a streamline of stock market numbers. Note this one: URD 86 13/16. I don't know what the numbers mean, but I don't believe it's an accident that URD left her name as a calling card.
Boiler Room was produced by New Line Cinema in 2000. The connection is New Line Cinema also produced The Mask for Dark Horse Comics, which is the American Publisher for Oh My Goddess, the series which features Urd Belldandy and Skull as its lead fictional character. The Goddess was haunting certain films and actors that connected to Dark Horse Comics and New Line Cinema (although I would note that Charlie's Angels was Columbia). For example, in The Mask, the Comic, Stanley Ipkiss has a Girlfriend but NO DOG. In the New Line Cinema film, Jim Carrey has NO girlfriend, and he has a DOG that loves to fetch KEYS. Hekate is a triple goddess similar to the Norns and she is known to be a protector of dogs and accepts Old Keys as a Sacrificial Offering.
**Another possible connection point to my own childhood is when I was a young teenager, I had a written script called THE DARK AGE that I paid Script Doctor Craig Kellem to give a look over. At the time, I seem to recall that Craig Kellem may have been a script doctor on the film BOILER ROOM before it was picked up for film production. If this is correct, then I would also point out that Craig Kellem worked on Saturday Night Live during the 1970s, and the Goddesses like to target Saturday Night Live Actors because it's a late night show that plays during the witching hours. I'm not seeing anything on his website about it. I don't know for sure if this piece of trivia is correct or not.
