56th Response from United States Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting the Office of Representative Dave Min to voice your support for releasing files detailing the child sex trafficking activities of Jeffery Epstein. We appreciate you taking the time to express your thoughts on issues important to you, as it helps the Representative better understand the needs of the Orange County community.

As a former SEC enforcement attorney, UC Irvine law professor, and member of the House Oversight Committee, Representative Min has spent his career fighting for the rule of law. He believes that the survivors of Epstein’s abuse deserve justice and that the Epstein files should be released in their entirety. For that reason, he proudly joined the discharge petition to force a vote in the House of Representatives to release the files.

While President Trump has tried to shift attention to Epstein’s ties to prominent Democrats, Representative Min has called for a full, transparent, and apolitical investigation. He also believes that no one, regardless of political party, connections, or power, should be allowed to violate the law without repercussion.

You may be interested to know that in September 2025, Representative Min heard directly from survivors of Epstein’s abuse and was awed by the courage they displayed. Their powerful stories convinced Representative Min that the files will expose how widely Epstein’s horrific criminal network reached. As the father of a 13-year-old daughter, Representative Min believes we cannot allow our children to grow up in a world where their rights are seen as inferior to the whims and desires of the rich and powerful. He stands united with the House Democratic Caucus in pursuing justice for the survivors, and he urges his Republican colleagues to call for the release of the Epstein files and stop protecting pedophiles.

Thank you again for writing to our office about this issue.
