13th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr. Neece,

Thank you for reaching out to share your serious and valid concerns about the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files. I appreciate hearing from you.

I am a proud cosponsor of the Epstein Files Transparency Act and helped advance the bill to force the administration to release these files. I've also met directly with survivors multiple times to discuss strategy and the path forward. I listened to their stories, their pain, and their unwavering determination to hold powerful people accountable. As a mother, I feel the weight of what they have endured. As a Member of Congress, I am committed to standing with them and using every tool available to deliver justice.

I am working closely with members of the House Judiciary Committee to ensure Pam Bondi answers directly to Congress and to the survivors whose lives were forever changed. My team and I are also actively working to secure access to the unredacted files so I can help ensure that those in power are held fully accountable.

Donald Trump and Pam Bondi have repeatedly obstructed transparency and accountability. That obstruction prolongs harm and denies survivors and the public the truth. Survivors deserve justice. The public deserves answers. Power must answer to the people.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me again about issues that matter to you. Your voice helps shape my work in Congress.

I hope you stay in contact with me by visiting my congressional website at https://dexter.house.gov/ and signing up for my email newsletter. You can also connect with me on Facebook, Instagram, X, and Bluesky.

Be well,

Rep. Maxine Dexter, M.D.

Member of Congress
