10th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for contacting our office about Epstein. My name is Jordyn, and I am a policy advisor for Congressman Moulton. I am happy to respond on his behalf.

Thank you for sending us those videos about Epstein. I have forwarded them to the staffer who handles our response to the Epstein Files for their review.

I've also attached a message from Congressman Moulton about the Epstein Files.

"I believe the American people deserve the full truth about Epstein’s crimes and the individuals who may have enabled them. Survivors of abuse deserve justice, and no one—regardless of status or political affiliation—should be shielded from accountability.

That’s why I have co-sponsored H.R. 4405, a bipartisan bill that would require the Department of Justice to release all Epstein-related documents. This includes material that may be held by public officials like Attorney General Pam Bondi.

When Speaker Johnson adjourned the House early this summer to try to avoid this issue, I believed it was the wrong decision—one that delayed long-overdue action on this issue. Despite that, I remain committed to ensuring that Congress takes an up-or-down vote on releasing these documents and allowing the facts to come to light. That is why I am pushing to force a vote on this bill.

This should not be a partisan issue. Transparency and justice are fundamental values and critical to public trust in government. I will continue working with colleagues on both sides of the aisle to ensure that this information is made public and that those responsible are held accountable."

Thank you again for your inquiry, and please let me know if there is anything further our team and I can do to assist you.
