48th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr. Neece,

Thank you for contacting me about H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act. I appreciate you taking the time to share your views.

On November 18th, 2025, I voted in favor of H.R. 4405 to require the full public release of all unclassified federal records related to Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal network. This bill directs the Department of Justice, Department of the Treasury, and other relevant federal agencies to disclose all related materials, allowing the American people to see the facts for themselves.

As a former sheriff, transparency is my top priority. As the materials and records of Epstein’s network become public with the passage of H.R. 4405, I’ll continue doing everything I can to make sure the victims are respected and given appropriate protection.

Please know that I will keep your thoughts in mind should the House consider any further legislation related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
