38th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

February 23, 2026

Dear Mr Neece,

Perhaps the greatest evil in this world is the sexual exploitation of children, and as a father, I am appalled by vile people who prey on the most vulnerable members of our community. I understand and appreciate your concern in reaching out to my office regarding the release of all files related to Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking operation. I am grateful to have the benefit of your views as I work to effectively represent you in Congress.

The unspeakable crimes of Jeffrey Epstein, his accomplice Ghislane Maxwell, and their clients are the purest forms of evil, and they will face their reckoning when they meet G-d. As your Representative, I will work tirelessly to hold these monsters accountable, while also ensuring proper protection for the innocent victims, who have already endured so much hardship.

I trust the Administration’s judgment as they navigate this delicate situation of bringing justice to the criminals while protecting victims. This Administration has consistently proved themselves to be the most transparent in American history. They have released all the records relating to the assassinations of President Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, and they have exposed the complete fabrication of the “Russia Hoax” propagated by the Obama White House and the Intelligence Community. The Administration has already taken the transparent step of requesting the release of the sealed grand jury testimony relating to Epstein’s trial.

In the meantime, Congress is working hard to hold the associates of Epstein accountable. Earlier this month H.R. 4405: the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a bill which would publish all unclassified records relating to Epstein’s criminal enterprise, was signed into law. I was proud to vote for this bill and I am confident that the Administration, with Congress’s support, will bring justice to all those involved in Jeffery Epstein’s crimes.
