3rd Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

February 19, 2026

Dear Mr. Neece:

Thank you for contacting me previously regarding the release of the Epstein files. I wanted to provide you with an update and appreciate you taking the time to share your views on this important issue.

On November 18, 2025, I voted to release all documents and records in possession of the Department of Justice relating to Jeffrey Epstein.

I believe firmly in transparency and the rule of law. Any individual found to have been involved in Epstein’s criminal activities should be thoroughly investigated, tried before a jury of their peers and held fully accountable by the law. Epstein’s victims deserve justice. This is yet another step towards ensuring that our country exposes corruption and sends a message that America will never tolerate the horrific crimes that came with the evil trafficking operation Epstein ran.

Again, thank you for contacting me. Hearing from you directly is essential for me to best represent our district in Congress. To continue following my work in Congress, you can visit my website at flood.house.gov or sign up for my weekly E-Newsletter.

Yours very truly,

Mike Flood

1st District, Nebraska
