In re: Epstein Files
Dear Mr Neece:
Thank you for reaching out to share your concerns regarding the Epstein files. As your Representative in Congress, I value your input and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
The disgusting actions of Jeffery Epstein and his co-conspirators were nothing short of horrific, and Americans have rightly demanded long overdue justice for the many victims in this case.
As a strong supporter of transparency, I believe it is crucial that any information available be made public. That is why on November 18, 2025, I joined nearly every member of Congress to vote yes on H.R. 4405, the Epstein Transparency Act, which passed by a vote of 427-1. Following the House vote, the Senate subsequently acted, and the President signed the bill into law, thereby securing a significant victory for transparency and for the American people’s right to know the truth.
Moving forward, it is my fervent hope that the victims of these heinous crimes may find some measure of peace through the transparency this law seeks to provide. While no action can undo the harm they have endured, shedding light on the truth is an essential step toward accountability and ensuring that such abuses are never allowed to occur again.
I would like to thank you again for sharing your thoughts and concerns with me. Your input is invaluable in helping me better understand the perspectives of my constituents. Please do not hesitate to contact my office if you have any further questions or concerns.
