44th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

February 24, 2026

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for reaching out about the Epstein Files. It means the world to Congresswoman Goodlander to hear directly from Granite Staters and she wanted to make sure you knew that she shares your concerns about the files’ delayed and chaotic release.

After months of stonewalling by President Trump and the Speaker of the House, on November 18, 2025, the Congresswoman joined 426 of her colleagues to pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act. President Trump signed it into law, requiring his Administration to release the files by December 19, 2025.

On January 29, 2026, the Congresswoman joined more than 60 members of the Democratic Women’s Caucus to demand a thorough investigation into the release of the files and ensure they are released in full compliance with the law and in a survivor-centered manner. You can read the letter here.

The Congresswoman knows that the rule of law applies to everyone, and no politician or billionaire is above the law. She will never stop fighting for basic transparency and justice for victims of crime and will continue to follow this issue closely.

Thank you,

Team Goodlander
