30th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting me regarding the Jeffrey Epstein files. I appreciate your willingness to share your thoughts and concerns on this matter.

Like many Americans, I believe in full transparency when it comes to matters involving public trust, potential criminal activity, and the abuse of power. That is why on July 23, 2025, I cosponsored H.Res.589 - “Providing for the public release of certain documents, records, and communications related to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein.” This legislation orders the Attorney General to release records on the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

On November 18, 2025, I voted in favor of H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act. This legislation requires the Department of Justice to publish all unclassified records and investigative materials in their possession that relate to the investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein.

The American people deserve clarity and accountability, and I support efforts to bring to light any credible evidence that may exist. I trust the Trump Administration’s judgment to handle this issue through a transparent and honest process.

As Congress addresses the many challenges facing our nation, I hope you will continue to voice your opinions and share your concerns with me. If you are interested with keeping up with my work in Congress, I invite you to sign up for my e-newsletter on my website at https://fry.house.gov.

I am honored to represent the Seventh District of South Carolina in the U.S. House of

Representatives. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can ever be of assistance.

With kind regards,

Russell Fry

Member of Congress
