93rd Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

March 17, 2026

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting me regarding the current state of investigations relating to Jeffery Epstein conducted by the Department of Justice. I appreciate your engagement on this issue.

H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, was introduced on July 15, 2025, by Rep. Ro Khanna (CA-17) and was signed into law by President Trump on November 19, 2025. This bill passed the House of Representatives by an almost unanimous vote of 427-1. This vote forced the release of thousands of documents in the Department of Justice's possession that pertain to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein, and three million documents have been released to date. I voted in favor of this legislation because transparency is a key component in maintaining the rule of law in our country, and it is of the upmost importance to hold the perpetrators of these crimes accountable.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee recently deposed former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as part of the formal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, along with many other individuals who possessed information relevant to the investigation. I trust the Committee and federal law enforcement to continue to carry out its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and deliver justice for the victims of these terrible crimes while also protecting their privacy and other sensitive material. Though I do not sit on this Committee, I will keep your thoughts in mind should any legislation come to the floor regarding the Epstein investigation.

Again, thank you for reaching out. I always appreciate hearing from my fellow Oklahomans. Your input helps me do a better job representing the people of the Fourth District of Oklahoma. If I can be of assistance to you or your family, please do not hesitate to contact me. I also encourage you to visit my website at cole.house.gov to stay informed about my work in Congress and the services my office provides to Oklahomans.

Sincerely,

Tom Cole

92nd Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Thank you for contacting my office regarding the Epstein files. Our multicultural, multiracial democracy is strongest when we engage and dialogue on the issues we care about. Your perspective is important to me, and hearing from you is crucial to my effort to represent the IL-03.

In Congress, I am working hard to advance a bold and people-centered agenda that delivers results for working families. I am committed to championing policies that improve the lives of people in IL's 3rd Congressional District.

Those who perpetrated, emboldened, or covered up the illegal and inhumane abuses of children – no matter their position, party affiliation, or tax bracket – MUST be held accountable. I have been unwavering in my commitment to transparency and accountability – publicly demanding the full release of the Epstein files, and voting YES on the resolution instructing Pam Bondi to release the files. The survivors deserve justice. That is why, if articles of impeachment for Trump come to a vote on the House Floor, I will vote YES. You can hear me talk about the files and the lengths my Republican colleagues are willing to go to protect Trump here, and to read a full update on how I’m fighting back, click here.

Thank you, again, for reaching out and sharing your perspective. It is my great honor to serve you and the whole of Illinois’ 3rd Congressional District. Since coming to Congress, it has been important to me that every resident who calls the IL-03 home knows they can reach out and share their questions, concerns, and ideas with our office.

91st Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

March 12, 2026

Dear Mr Kevin D Neece,

Thank you for taking the time to contact me and share your views on President Trump’s Administration. As your Representative, I am deeply committed to listening to the voices of our community and advocating for policies in Congress that reflect our shared values. Your engagement ensures that I can better serve the people of California’s 29th Congressional District.

President Trump’s return to the White House has brought forward an agenda that threatens our democratic institutions and disregards the needs of working families. From undermining the rule of law, to targeting immigrants, cutting critical healthcare programs, and ignoring the climate crisis, the Trump administration continues to push policies that are harmful to our district and country. These actions do not reflect the values of our community, which are built on inclusion, opportunity, and justice for all.

In Congress, I remain focused on defending the democratic values that matter most to our district. As your Representative, I have opposed Republican efforts to restrict voting access, limit reproductive freedom, and slash essential programs like Medicaid and food assistance. I am advocating for immigrant rights. I cosponsored the Born in the USA Act, which defunds President Trump’s Executive Order that would restrict and redefine birthright citizenship for children born in the United States. I opposed Republicans' Budget Reconciliation bill that kicks 3.4 million Californians off Medicaid to pay for billionaire’s tax breaks. I will continue to oppose bad policies, challenge unlawful executive actions that target vulnerable communities and defend our democracy.

If you would like to stay up to date with my work in Congress follow me on X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and BlueSky. You can also sign up for my newsletter to stay updated on the work I am doing for our community.

Thank you again for contacting my office. If you need assistance with a federal agency, please contact my District Office at (818) 253-3535. If you would like to share legislative concerns, please do not hesitate to contact my DC office at (202) 225-6131.

I am honored to serve you and all the residents of California’s 29th Congressional District.

Sincerely,

Representative Luz Rivas

90th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you again for contacting me regarding the release of the Epstein files. Our office has been sending the same clear message: this isn’t about politics. It’s about truth, accountability, and restoring the American people’s trust in the institutions that are supposed to protect them, not shield the guilty.

For years, the public has been kept in the dark about the full extent of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes and, more importantly, the powerful individuals who may have enabled or participated in them. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: release the Epstein files.

Over the last decade, I have repeatedly and publicly demanded transparency from both the Biden and Trump Administrations. The American people are tired of a two-tiered justice system, and frankly, so am I.

In fact, as you can see from the screenshots attached to this letter, I have said publicly:

“Release the Epstein list. Let’s go!”

“Americans deserve the truth. Release the full Epstein files, no redactions and without delay. Make them public, now. Anything less than this, is unacceptable.”

“I think the better question is, ‘who isn’t on the Epstein list?’”

“We the People deserve the truth and full transparency. Anything less than full disclosure is unacceptable. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: release the Epstein files.”

These posts reflect a position I’ve held consistently: full transparency, without delay.

Source: Rep. Kat Cammack (@Kat_Cammack), X post

On November 18, 2025, the House of Representatives voted on a bill that finally forces the release of materials relating to Jeffrey Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell. Under this legislation, Attorney General Pam Bondi will have 30 days from enactment of the Act to release all unclassified materials related to Epstein. I voted YES.

This includes:

All investigative, prosecutorial, or custodial materials

Flight logs and travel records

Information on individuals named or referenced in the inquiry

And importantly: the names of government officials are subject to publication

The Senate immediately passed the House’s bill and President Trump has since signed the legislation to release the files.

Additionally, as the Chairwoman of the Republican Women’s Caucus, I met with dozens of Epstein victims to hear their stories. Their fight has in many cases gone on for decades and is a reminder that our vigilance is eternal when it comes to justice for all.

For decades, powerful institutions have hidden behind procedural excuses and classified walls. This bill ends that era. As you have read in the correspondence from me on this topic before, we have been pressing for real, enforceable action—not symbolic resolutions or political showmanship.

Additionally, on September 2, 2025, I voted to release 33,295 additional records and have continued to support the House Oversight Committee’s work to do the following:

On July 23, 2025, Republicans and Democrats on the Federal Law Enforcement Subcommittee approved by voice vote a motion offered by Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) to direct the Chairman to subpoena Bill and Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, Robert Mueller, William Barr, Jeff Sessions, and Alberto Gonzales.

The Subcommittee also approved an amended motion offered by Rep. Summer Lee (D-Pa.) by a vote of 8-2 to direct the Chairman to subpoena the Department of Justice to release records related to the Epstein case. Rep. Andy Biggs’ (R-Ariz.) amendment to include the release of all communications between President Biden and/or Biden Administration officials and the Department of Justice related to Jeffrey Epstein was adopted by voice vote. Rep. Nancy Mace’s (R-S.C.) amendment to include redacting the names of victims and any personally identifiable information of victims, and any possible Child Sexual Abuse Material was adopted by voice vote.

The subpoena to the Department of Justice can be found here. The subpoena cover letters can be found here.

Below are the deposition and record return dates:

Department of Justice Records: August 19

Former U.S. Attorney General William Barr: August 18

Former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales: August 26

Former U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions: August 28

Former FBI Director Robert Mueller: September 2

Former U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch: September 9

Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder: September 30

Former U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland: October 2

Former FBI Director James Comey: October 7

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton: October 9

Former President Bill Clinton: October 14

These are real actions, actions with teeth, and not a single one would be happening without the intense pressure from Americans who refuse to let this issue disappear. Now, with the House about to vote on compelling the Attorney General to release everything—with no redactions and no delays, we are closer than ever to full transparency.

As I’ve said before and will continue to say: release the Epstein files. I am proud to have voted to release them and continue the fight for transparency and accountability.

Thank you for standing with me, for speaking out, and for refusing to look the other way. Please continue to stay engaged with our office as we push for truth, accountability, and justice.

It's an honor to serve Florida's Third Congressional District, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to you on such critical matters. As we move forward in the 119th Congress, I invite you to stay connected with our office for updates on the latest news, legislation, and other useful information by signing up for the e-newsletter on our website. 89th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting me to express your concerns about the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files. I appreciate the opportunity to respond.

I want to begin by stating that Jeffrey Epstein was a disgusting individual, and I support full transparency and accountability regarding the Epstein files. I have never opposed the release of the documents since Epstein’s 2019 suicide, and I strongly believe that any individual who has committed crimes – especially crimes against minors – must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Furthermore, the Epstein case should never be politicized, and justice for victims must never be used as a political weapon or reduced to a partisan talking point.

To that end, I proudly supported the Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R. 4405) when this legislation passed the House on November 18, 2025. H.R. 4405 requires the Department of Justice (DOJ) to publish all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials related to the Epstein investigation and prosecution. On November 19, 2025, President Trump signed this legislation into law.

I understand your concerns with the pace of the release, however it is essential that this process be handled carefully and responsibly, with a strong commitment to protecting survivors. In compliance with H.R. 4405, DOJ attorneys are reviewing materials to make legally required redactions to safeguard victims and have committed to releasing the remaining files as soon as possible.

Furthermore, as a Member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, one of my top priorities remains releasing these files. To date, our Committee has released approximately 65,000 pages of documents related to this investigation. As our investigation continues, I will keep our shared commitment to protecting children and seeking justice in mind.

Once again, thank you for contacting me about this important issue. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any additional questions, comments, or concerns. My door is always open, and I am honored to serve Western New York and the Southern Tier in Washington.

Sincerely,

Rep. Nicholas A. Langworthy

88th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for contacting me about the government’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case. Your civic participation helps me to better represent Washington’s Ninth Congressional District, and I thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts on this matter.

I support the release of the Epstein files – which explain the crimes of convicted child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and identify his accomplices. That is why I signed Representative Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie's discharge petition to force the release of the Epstein files. The American people deserve to know the truth about Jeffrey Epstein and his inner circle. No one in the government should be trying to keep the facts on these child predators hidden.

House Republicans stopped legislative activity under the direction of President Trump to avoid voting on the release of the Epstein files, despite bipartisan support for public release. Donald Trump’s lies are central to his presidency — and the Epstein scandal exposes that more clearly than ever. He lied about his ties to Epstein, just like he’s lied about Medicaid, inflation, Ukraine, and more. This isn’t a distraction. It’s a pattern — and it matters.

I believe that no one is above the law, and Congress must pursue the truth. I will continue to closely monitor the situation and join House Democrats to demand the release of the files.

The comments I receive from constituents are an integral part of understanding the issues that are important to our community. Please know that your input is greatly valued, and I hope that you will not hesitate to reach out to me or my office in the future.

Sincerely,

Adam Smith

87th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for reaching out to share your thoughts regarding the release of information related to Jeffrey Epstein’s case. I appreciate you taking the time to contact me, as hearing directly from constituents helps me better represent the 11th District of Texas.

Let me be clear, I support complete transparency and accountability wherever possible under the law. The American people deserve answers, and all credible and legally releasable information surrounding this case should be made public. At the same time, we must be mindful of protecting the privacy and safety of victims and their families, many of whom have already suffered tremendously.

That is why I voted for H. Res. 688, which directed the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to continue its investigation into potential mismanagement of the federal government’s handling of the Epstein and Maxwell cases. I am encouraged that the Committee has already issued subpoenas to key individuals, including Ghislaine Maxwell, in order to uncover the full truth and identify all those involved.

Additionally, on November 18, 2025, I voted for H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which passed the U.S. House of Representatives and was signed into law by President Trump on November 19, 2025. This legislation requires the release of long sealed Epstein records so the American people can finally see the truth for themselves. I publicly announced on November 14, 2025, that I would vote for this bill, before President Trump later expressed his support. I welcomed his endorsement, but my position was based on the simple belief that transparency and accountability are essential, and that the victims and their families deserve nothing less. My decisions in Congress will always be guided by what is right, not by political timing. I will continue to closely monitor developments and support any lawful effort to ensure that the full truth surrounding Epstein’s crimes and his network is brought to light.

Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me. Please do not hesitate to reach out if my office can be of assistance to you on any issue of importance. 86th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece:

Thank you for reaching out regarding the release of the Epstein files. I share your concerns.

As you may know, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has faced justified criticism for failing to fully comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a law I supported when it passed the House last year. Over half of the relevant documents, including FBI interviews, remain withheld. While millions of pages have been released, there are significant gaps in information about high-profile individuals, with officials citing privacy, privilege, or claiming some documents are "duplicative." The DOJ missed its deadline by over a month, and the releases have been marred by redaction errors and accusations of missing key details. Adding insult to injury, some of the documents that were released included the names of victims, directly violating the law's explicit prohibition against doing so. Despite the White House defending the process as thorough, millions of pages remain inaccessible, which is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful to the victims.

When I raised concerns about this lack of transparency in a House Judiciary hearing, Attorney General Pam Bondi responded with nothing more than theatrics and recycled White House talking points, showing a clear disregard for the seriousness of this issue and the victims involved. Her incompetence in handling this matter has only made the situation worse. You can watch the full exchange from the February 11th hearing here.

Recently, I joined the Democratic Women's Caucus in urging the DOJ Office of Inspector General to step in and ensure the full release of the Epstein files in accordance with the law, and in a manner centered on survivors. Our letter calls on the Inspector General to intervene, using all available authorities, and to address several key questions about their investigation. The letter is attached for your review. Rest assured, I will continue to monitor this issue and keep your concerns in mind as relevant Congressional actions develop.

Thank you again for contacting me. If I can be of further assistance to you or your family, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Sincerely,

Zoe Lofgren

Member of Congress

85th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

March 5, 2026

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting me to share your thoughts regarding Jeffrey Epstein and the ‘Epstein files.’ My most important responsibility is listening to my constituents, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts with me. I voted yes on the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which was signed into law by President Trump on November 19, 2025. Legally, the Department of Justice (DOJ) was required to release all files related to the investigations into Jeffrey Epstein by December 19, 2025. Thousands of documents have still not been released to the public.

In 2019, Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges and later died while awaiting trial. In early 2024, thousands of pages of court documents related to Epstein’s case were unsealed, heightening public interest in the high-profile investigation. Like you, I was horrified to learn how many young girls Epstein and his associates abused. Anyone who aided or participated in these crimes should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. President Trump, who was in office when Epstein died in federal custody, promised to release previously sealed files to the public. However, the President has failed to keep his promise. In fact, it has been publicly reported that Attorney General Pam Bondi told Trump months ago that his name was in the files. Since then, the Administration has refused to release any new information regarding the case despite strong public demand.

Instead of standing with the victims to demand honesty and accountability, the Justice Department has chosen secrecy. The American public deserves to know the truth. I will continue to push back against this Administration’s efforts to mislead or hide information from the public.

No one is above the law, regardless of their political affiliation. In keeping with the victims’ wishes, I will continue to demand the release of the Epstein files until all applicable documents have been released to the public. Time is up for the DOJ. Attorney General Pam Bondi must comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act or come before Congress and explain why this Administration has chosen to subvert the law.

Thank you again for contacting me. If you have any further concerns on this or any other matter, please be in touch. To stay updated on how I am representing CA50, please sign up for my e-newsletter, like us on Facebook, and follow me on X or Bluesky.

84th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting me. I appreciate your views on this matter and welcome the opportunity to respond to your concerns. It’s a privilege to represent you in Congress, where I will always be a compassionate and tenacious advocate for New York’s 24th Congressional District.

As you may know, I voted “Yes” on H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act. This bill directed the Department of Justice to release the Epstein files, including files related to Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, flight logs to the island, and any plea deals related to the Epstein files. I applaud President Trump’s commitment to release the files, something President Biden failed to do during his tenure. Unfortunately, this legislation was poorly drafted and failed to include sufficient protections to preserve the privacy of the victims, to prevent the release of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and to keep whistleblowers and undercover law enforcement officers protected. I am disappointed that the Senate did not amend this legislation to include these important safeguards to protect the victims and protect confidential methods and sources. However, I supported this resolution because the release of the files will help provide closure to the many victims of Jeffrey Epstein and ensure the public has all the information possible related to this tragedy. The bill passed the House by a vote of 427-1 and was signed into law by President Trump on November 19, 2025.

Please rest assured that I have noted your views on this issue and will keep them in mind should any further legislation come before the House for a vote.

Thank you again for contacting me. To stay up to date on my work in Washington and across New York’s 24th District, please sign up for my weekly e-newsletter here and be sure to follow me on Facebook and Twitter. I also encourage you to visit my website at https://tenney.house.gov/ to learn more about the full range of services my office can provide you. 83rd Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr. Neece,

Thank you for contacting me regarding Jeffrey Epstein, the ongoing release of investigative files, and the role of public officials connected to this deeply disturbing case. I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

As you know, Jeffrey Epstein was a serial predator who ran a horrific sex-trafficking operation that abused and exploited vulnerable young girls for years while powerful people looked the other way. The scale of his crimes represents a profound failure of accountability at the highest levels of wealth and influence, and the American people deserve the full truth about who enabled, covered up, or benefited from his actions. President Trump and members of his administration repeatedly promised complete transparency regarding the “Epstein files,” yet his Administration has repeatedly obstructed the full release of the Epstein files.

Following passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act in November 2025, which I voted for, the Department of Justice released millions of pages of records in January 2026. While this release confirmed longstanding concerns about Epstein’s extensive network it also left millions of additional pages withheld or heavily redacted.  It is clear that continued delays, partial disclosures, and heavily redacted files is part of a broader effort to prevent those responsible for participating in Epstein's horrific sex-trafficking ring from being held accountable.

Let me be clear: there is no excuse for shielding powerful individuals from scrutiny when survivors are still seeking justice. The American people should not have to fight for transparency while the Trump Administration deflects responsibility or dismisses legitimate questions. Survivors deserve accountability, not secrecy; honesty, not excuses, and a government willing to confront uncomfortable truths no matter who is implicated.

Please know, I will continue pushing for the full, responsible release of all appropriate materials, with strong protections for victims, so that no one, regardless of status or political power, escapes public accountability.

Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Please continue to contact me on all issues of importance to you and to our district.

Sincerely,

Mike Thompson

81st Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

March 2, 2026

Dear Kevin:

Thank you for contacting me regarding the release of the Epstein files. I appreciate hearing from you and welcome the opportunity to respond.

As you may know, I, along with four hundred and twenty-six of my colleagues, voted to pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act out of the House of Representatives on November 18th, 2025. This bill requires the Department of Justice (DOJ) to make all unclassified materials related to the prosecution and investigation of Jeffrey Epstein publicly available and downloadable within 30 days. Due to the sensitive nature of the documents, the bill permits DOJ to withhold personally identifiable information of victims to ensure their privacy and protection.

I am proud to support this legislation to finally deliver on the transparency that the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and their families deserve. Please know that I will continue working to bring all those responsible for these horrific crimes to justice.

Again, thank you for contacting me regarding this important issue. If you have any questions or would like more information, please visit my website at graves.house.gov to sign up for my weekly newsletter, or keep in touch with me through my Facebook page.

80th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting me regarding the ongoing investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, his associates, and his criminal activity.

On November 18, 2025, I voted to release every unclassified record related to the federal government’s investigations into Epstein. This legislation passed the House by a vote of 427 to 1, passed the Senate unanimously, and was signed into law by President Trump. I also supported H. Res. 668 to continue the Oversight Committee’s investigation, and I have worked closely with Chairman Comer to ensure the House delivers results.

Prior to these actions, no Democrat, including President Biden when in power, worked to secure their release. Thanks to Republican efforts, tens of thousands of pages of documents and dozens of witness statements have been released. In fact, more than a million documents were released, but the Democrats demanded that the Department of Justice redact them. None of this material shows any wrongdoing by President Trump. Despite that fact, Democrats have misrepresented testimony, selectively leaked documents, and manipulated materials in an effort to create another political attack. Nothing they present can be taken at face value.

Much of the legacy media has repeated these distortions without basic verification. This combination of partisan manipulation and media malpractice misleads the public and distracts from the serious responsibility of ensuring accountability, transparency, and justice.

I will continue pursuing the facts wherever they lead. That includes holding the guilty accountable while protecting victims and the innocent. Democrats have shown little interest in either unless it serves their political goals.

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting my office regarding the release of the “Epstein Files.” I understand that this issue is important to you, and I value your perspective. As your Congressman, it is helpful for me to know what is on your mind and how decisions made in Washington affect you.

I agree that this matter requires full transparency, and that the victims deserve justice and anonymity. That is why I voted in favor of the Epstein Files Transparency Act to make these files more accessible to the American people, while ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place. I am confident that the Department of Justice will continue releasing information in a manner that protects the identities and dignity of the victims involved.

Please know that I recognize the importance of this issue, and my efforts will continue until justice for the victims is achieved.

78th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for reaching out regarding Jeffrey Epstein and the files associated with his criminal background. I welcome your thoughts on this matter and appreciate the opportunity to respond.

As you may be aware, the House passed H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, on November 18, 2025 with bipartisan support, requiring the Department of Justice to publish all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials in its possession that relate to the investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein. On November 19th, 2025, President Trump signed H.R.4405 into law. With this action, the Department of Justice is now obligated to move forward with the public release of materials that can be disclosed without compromising ongoing investigations or national security interests. I was proud to vote for this bill.

When serious allegations arise involving individuals who may have abused their power or harmed others, especially children, it is essential that we pursue the truth regardless of political party or status. Accountability must apply equally, and the public deserves clarity about how this case was handled. Please know I take my responsibility to uphold the rule of law, seek transparency, and represent your voice very seriously.

Thank you again for contacting me. My first priority as your Member of Congress is to represent you to the best of my ability. Hearing about what is most important to you and your family helps me ensure your government is putting you and our community first. Should you have additional comments or questions on this or any other issue, please feel free to contact me at my Virginia Beach or Washington, D.C. office.

Sincerely,

I also invite you to stay in touch by signing up for my weekly newsletter, which you can do by clicking on the button below.

February 27, 2026

Dear Friend,

Thank you for contacting me about the release of the Epstein files. As your Representative and as Chair of the Democratic Women’s Caucus, I have worked tirelessly to fight for justice and transparency. I met with survivors who courageously shared their painful stories. I held a vigil on Capitol Hill honoring survivors of Epstein's abuse. These women deserve justice and their perpetrators must be held accountable.

Because of the survivors’ unwavering strength and resilience, on November 18, the House of Representatives and Senate passed H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act and it became law. This is a major step to expose the full truth about Epstein and his co-conspirators. It only came about, though, after every Democrat and four Republicans signed a discharge petition to force a vote on the House floor. For months, Trump and Republican leadership tried to block the vote and protect the power pedophiles who were close with Epstein. Indeed, as a member of the Rules Committee, I spent countless hours fighting against the Trump administration’s and Congressional Republicans’ distraction, deception, and coverup.

December 19 was the deadline for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release all of the Epstein files. Trump and DOJ are now violating federal law and insulting the American people with their release of heavily redacted files that are neither searchable nor complete. The law does not allow for the redaction of names of government officials, but it appears that is what DOJ has done. DOJ must release the files to show who was involved and complicit. Without transparency, the administration is protecting sex trafficking, pedophilia, and the arrogance of powerful men who would demean women.

I am committed to working on legislation and advocacy to better protect children and women from sexual violence and trafficking, train law enforcement, and build a safer future for all. Most recently, I introduced H.R. 4510, the Healing Partnerships for Survivors Act, which would improve and expand trauma-informed care for survivors of sexual assault through strengthened partnerships between community-based sexual assault programs and health and wellness providers.

We must continue to believe and support survivors and demand accountability from those who commit or enable these crimes. Moreover, if you have any problems with a federal agency, my constituent services team is available to help you. You may reach us at (505) 428-4680.

76th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

February 27, 2026

Dear Friend,

Thank you for contacting me regarding the release of the documents related to crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein. As your representative, I appreciate hearing from you.

Last summer, I was one of the first fifty representatives in Congress who signed their names on the discharge petition (H.Res. 581) to force a vote on releasing the full Epstein files. After Democrats secured enough signatures on the discharge petition to bring the bill to the House floor, I was proud to vote for the Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R. 4405). That bill forced the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release all the Epstein files by January, while including proper redactions and protections for innocent victims and survivors.

Since the bill was signed into law, the Administration’s handling of its implementation has raised serious concerns. It has missed statutory deadlines, applied excessive and unusual redactions to information related to co-conspirators, and, most troublingly, failed to adequately protect the names and images of survivors. At the same time, the documents that have been released have shed additional light on the network surrounding Epstein, including individuals with ties to the current Administration.

Throughout this process, I have worked with my colleagues on the House Oversight Committee to press for accountability. Oversight Democrats have secured subpoenas for key individuals with knowledge of Epstein crimes and launched investigations into the Administration’s cover up. Rest assured, we will not stop until every document has been released, every co-conspirator held to account, and justice is secured for the victims and survivors.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact me. Democracy works best when we stay in touch, so I invite you to sign-up for email updates at shontelbrown.house.gov/contact. If you need additional information or assistance, please contact my Washington office at (202) 225-7032 or my District office at (216) 522-4900. It is a privilege and an honor to serve you in Washington.

Sincerely,

75th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

February 27, 2026

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for contacting my office regarding Jeffery Epstein. As always, I welcome your input.

As you may know, in 2008 Jeffrey Epstein pled guilty to soliciting prostitution and procuring a minor, serving 13 months in a work-release jail program, registering as a sex offender, and paying restitution to victims. In February, the Department of Justice (DOJ) released several hundred pages of documents related to the case. On July 7, 2025, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and DOJ released a joint press release stating that after an exhaustive review, no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted at that time.

Please know that on September 3, 2025, I voted for H.Res. 668. This legislation would require the House Oversight Committee to continue its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and to release all records, including detention files, flight logs, plea deals, and DOJ communications to the public. This legislation was passed in the U.S. House of Representatives with a 212-208 vote.

Additionally, H.R. 4405 was introduced by Representative Ro Khanna (D-CA) and referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary. This legislation would require the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials related to the investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein. Specifically, this would include materials concerning Ghislaine Maxwell, flight logs and travel records, and any individuals who were named or referenced in connection with the Epstein investigation and prosecution. On November 18, 2025, I voted in favor of this legislation, which passed the House of Representatives with a 427-1 vote.

I understand the importance of this issue and will continue to support efforts to ensure there is accountability, transparency, and fairness related to this case, while ensuring victims are protected. The House Committee on Oversight has released several thousand documents they have received from the DOJ and FBI in relation to their own investigation. I am hopeful that through the work of the committee, the American public will get the answers it deserves. Please know that I will keep your views in mind should further legislation regarding this issue come to a vote before me in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Again, thank you for your correspondence. Please do not hesitate to contact me with future questions or comments.

Sincerely,

JOHN MOOLENAAR

Dear Mr Neece:

Thank you for contacting me about the release of files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. I appreciate hearing from you and learning your views.

I have long believed the American people deserve transparency regarding the Epstein Files. That’s why I voted to release the files through legislation that was signed into law by President Trump on November 19, 2025. The Epstein Files Transparency Act compels the release of all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials held by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Attorney General.

On January 30th, the DOJ finalized the release of over three million documents, including 2,000 videos and 180,000 images. The DOJ continues to evaluate the evidence for use in potential future investigations with the stated goal of protecting the identity and security of the victims.

Additionally, the House Oversight Committee is continuing its review of the Epstein case. The committee released over 33,000 documents, including records from the Epstein estate, private jet flight logs, and contact lists with the victims’ names redacted. It has also issued subpoenas for depositions of several former government officials and is conducting interviews with individuals related to the case.

Once again, thank you for contacting me. If I can be of further assistance to you on this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. I also invite you to visit my website at www.bost.house.gov or follow me on Facebook (Facebook.com/RepBost) and Twitter (@RepBost).

73rd Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting my office to share your thoughts regarding the Justice Department’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation and the release of related files. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out on this deeply serious matter, and it is an honor to represent you on behalf of Missouri’s Fourth Congressional District.

As I have said publicly, and believed for years, what matters most is the truth. The situation surrounding the Epstein files is gravely concerning, and I know there are heightened concerns about both the release of these files and the protections afforded to victims. Transparency and accountability are essential.

To provide additional context, on November, 18, 2025, I voted to release the files related to Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged associates. This vote aligns with my long-standing position that the American people have a right to know the full scope of Epstein’s criminal network, while also ensuring that victims’ personally identifiable information is protected. The Epstein case has cast a long shadow over our institutions and has fueled distrust across the country. By responsibly releasing these files, we take another step toward restoring confidence in our justice system.

This vote builds on earlier actions I have taken in Congress. On September 3, 2025, I voted in favor of a resolution directing the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee to continue its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. That investigation has already produced more than 65,000 pages of documents released to the public. I am also a proud cosponsor of H.Res. 589, which calls for the public release of additional documents and communications related to the Epstein investigation.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your concerns. Please know that I will continue to advocate for a full and honest accounting of the facts so that justice can be served and trust in our institutions can begin to be rebuilt. As always, I encourage you to continue reaching out with any thoughts, questions, or concerns. If you would like to stay updated on my work in Congress, please visit my website at Alford.House.Gov.

72nd Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr. Neece,

Thank you for contacting me regarding Jeffery Epstein. I appreciate hearing your thoughts on this very important issue.

As you may know, in 2019, Jeffrey Epstein was arrested and pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking and allegations of sexually abusing girls as young as 14 years old. Weeks before the trail was expected to begin, Epstein committed suicide in his jail cell. In 2021, Epstein’s long time companion and accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted of sex trafficking minors after she groomed underaged girls on Epstein’s behalf.

On November 19, 2025, President Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law which would require the Department of Justice to release all files and communications related to Jefferey Epstein and his co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, as well as any information about the investigation into his death in federal prison within 30 days. The Department of Justice has since published over 3.5 million responsive pages in compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, of which I am not a member, has stated that it is "conducting a thorough review of the federal government’s investigation of Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell. The Committee is committed to providing accountability and transparency to the American people and the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s horrific crimes."

Human trafficking is a terrible violation of internationally respected human rights, as well as a violation of our basic human dignity. I believe we have a moral obligation to stop this heinous practice that, unfortunately, continues even in the 21st century.

Please know that I will keep your thoughts in mind should any further legislation regarding Jeffery Epstein or the Epstein Files come before the House floor for a vote.

71st Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting me regarding H.R. 4405, Epstein Files Transparency Act.  I appreciate you reaching out to me and it's an honor to represent you and California's Third District in Congress.

As you may know, the Epstein Files Transparency Act was introduced by Representative Ro Khanna on July 15, 2025. This bill will require the Department of Justice (DOJ) to publish (in a searchable and downloadable format) all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials in the DOJ's possession that relate to the investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein.

Prior to the House vote on this legislation, I spoke on the House floor in support of the bill. On November 18, 2025, the House passed it with a bipartisan majority of 427–1. Throughout this process, I have consistently supported transparency, while ensuring that the privacy and dignity of victims remain fully protected. Both the victims and the American people deserve clear answers so that we can confront the truth, pursue justice, and move forward. This should not be a partisan issue, that is why I voted in favor of this bill.

Once again, thank you for reaching out, and please don’t hesitate to contact me on this or any other topic in the weeks ahead. I value your thoughts and believe the respectful exchange of ideas is the lifeblood of our representative republic. I also invite you to visit my website at Kiley.house.gov to sign up to receive updates from me or follow me on Facebook (@Congressman Kevin Kiley) and Twitter (@RepKiley).

70th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr. Neece,

Thank you for contacting me about Jeffrey Epstein and the release of the “Epstein files.” I appreciate hearing from you, and I welcome the opportunity to continue a dialogue on this matter and other issues as your Congressman.

For decades, Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficked dozens of girls and young women, committed heinous crimes, and exploited his wealth and influence to fly under law enforcement’s radar. It was a powerful moment when women who were survivors of this human trafficking ring came to the U.S. Capitol in September. These courageous individuals were able to step beyond the pain, exploitation, and violence that they’ve gone through to continue the fight for justice. As a former prosecutor who has walked women through similar cases, I know that it doesn’t get harder or more demanding than this. It is our responsibility and duty to stand with these survivors until justice is served.

President Trump made a promise to the American public when he pledged to release the “Epstein files” and the purported “client list” of high-profile people to whom Epstein sex trafficked girls. I signed the discharge petition to release the Epstein files and voted "yes" on H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, because the truth shouldn't be hidden behind closed doors. The American people deserve answers, victims deserve justice, and this cover-up must end. We can all agree that disclosure, transparency, and accountability are critically important in a case like this one.

As a member of the House Ethics Committee, I will always advocate for our government to serve the people in a transparent and ethical way. Being an elected official is a distinct honor and privilege. We take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and, in doing so, we promise to put the interests of the American people above our own personal agendas. Good, honest, and transparent government is essential to a strong democracy.

In this spirit, I will continue to fight for President Trump to release the Epstein files in a way that protects victims’ privacy and allows law enforcement to administer justice.

Please visit me at https://ivey.house.gov to continue the conversation and keep up with my latest work in service to the Fourth Congressional District of Maryland.

Sincerely,

Rep. Glenn Ivey

Member of Congress
