100th Response from United States Congress Regarding Marller Gets a Spinoff: The Return of Jeffrey Epstein

Dear Mr Neece,

Thank you for contacting me regarding the release of the Epstein files. I appreciate hearing from you on this important matter, as well as your patience awaiting my response.

The Epstein files refer to a collection of federal investigative documents that pertain to Jeffrey Epstein's prosecution. These files may contain names, contact details, flight logs, and other information about clients involved in his criminal activities, including child sex trafficking. They represent a significant cache of evidence, including court filings and victim testimonies, that shed light on organized sex trafficking.

President Trump’s decision to continuously deny, rebuke, and withhold this information from the public is yet another example of this administration’s betrayal of the American people. I voted yes on H.R. 4403, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and will continue to fight for the justice, agency, and dignity of sexual assault victims. You can rest assured that I will keep your thoughts in mind should any further legislation on this matter reach the House floor for a vote.

Thank you again for sharing your concerns with me. Please do not hesitate to contact me again with any future issues or concerns you may have. If you are interested in learning more about the work I am doing as your representative, please subscribe to my newsletter, visit my website, and follow me on social media: Facebook , Instagram, X (Twitter), and BlueSky.

Sincerely,

Timothy M. Kennedy

Member of Congress
