When Vivienne Medrano, Charlie Morningstar, and Vaggie confront Kevin Neece and Skuld at Steven Spielberg's House in Pacific Palisades, demanding that he use his final wish to reverse the Death Note War and bring the Staff Members of Spindlehorse Animation, Dark Horse Comics, and Kodansha Ltd back to life...
Kevin Neece gets the drop on her and uses his last wish for Charlie Morningstar to be written in as the next President of the United States, operating on the theory that making Lucifer's Daughter the President couldn't possibly be a worse fuck up than electing another Democrat or a Republican.
Charlie Morningstar is immediately hit with complaints from both Political Parties demanding to see her birth certificate, claiming that she is an illegal alien. Then they accuse Charlie Morningstar, Vivienne, and Vaggie of engaging in Lesbian Sex with their White House Intern Lauren Boebart.
Charlie Morningstar then receives her orders to intervene in the Company Merger led by CEO Mara Marller between Disney, Paramount, Warner Brothers, Coca Cola, Sam's Club, and McDonalds, with Mara Marller threatening to move the entire Disney Company into Kevin Neece's old neighborhood. Mara Marller's Contractual Agreement also stipulates that she be allowed to peg David Ellison with a strap on for OnlyFans in front of a Live Studio Audience to pay her rent at least once a week for the rest of his life.
When Charlie Morningstar begins to receive complaints from Mark Ruffalo and Susan Sarandon over her incompetence in handling the company merger, Charlie Morningstar suffers another nervous meltdown, calls up the nearest Missile Silo, and gives them the Nuke Codes under orders to aim the Nukes in the direction of Disney Entertainment.
One of the Pentagon Generals tries to intervene, claiming that Charlie Morningstar is suffering from the influence of PMS, and she accuses him of being sexist. Then she actually launches the Nuclear Weapons and kills everyone that works for Disney Entertainment California.
US Congress puts Charlie Morningstar under Impeachment Proceedings under claims that she abused her authority over the Nuke Codes under the influence of PMS, and demand to see her Doctors Notes indicating what days her Periods are on.
Charlie Morningstar walks right back into Steven Spielberg's House in Utter Defeat and begs Kevin Neece to use the Death Note to wipe out the entire US Congress.
Kevin Neece informs Charlie Morningstar that he has been sitting on the Exit Clause the entire time and merely wanted to teach her a lesson in Humility, then he engages the Exit Clause and they all come back to Reality where the Wish Contract Trilogy began four movies ago.
