However, during the invocation, I explained to the Goddess Hotline Office that the objective of the Electrical Fire was not to kill the workers, it was to get Yoshinobu Noma's attention, and that if the Goddess Hotline Office had any reservations about it, they could easily stage the incident to happen late at night after the workers had all gone home to cut down on the risk of possible victims. I then screened Ron Howard's Backdraft into the Black Mirror which features Jennifer Jason Leigh, the daughter of Vic Morrow.
Before this experiment goes into effect, which was written into the Death Note to happen by the end of the week, I have a few things to note. If this incident actually works, the first thing that Kodansha Ltd is going to do is jump to conclusions that Kevin Neece somehow convinced somebody to arson the building for him and attempt to press charges against him, before the firefighters investigate the issue and discover it was an accidental electrical fire and claim that the issue was a coincidence. And I'm not going to lie to you, these Goddesses that haunt Kevin Neece's Ah My Goddess cartoons do not discriminate in killing people, the possibility does exist that someone on your staff could end up dying in the electrical fire if they are not aware of their environmental surroundings.
I need your Legal Team to be aware of the following arguments that they are going to have to explain to the Judge when they attempt to press charges against me:
**Kevin Neece documented every detail of his life story for your company explaining why he was investigating the witchcraft and occult aspects of the Ah My Goddess franchise, out of concerns that it led to the death of his father Jim Neece, and put him in a situation where he needed to come forward as a witness to the FBI. Kodansha Ltd refused to respond.
**Kevin Neece openly admitted that he had been diagnosed with Mental Health Issues his entire life that have aggressively escalated over the decades. It started as ADD, progressed to Severe Bipolar Disorder, he was on Lamotrigine for nearly a decade which was later proven to have dangerous side effects that killed an Austin Police Officer, and Severe Bipolar Disorder has been linked to Schizoaffective Disorder which can be confused with Demonic Possession, and has showcased itself through the dialogue interactions in Kevin Neece's Ah My Goddess Fan Films. Because of this, Kevin Neece is repeatedly bouncing back and forth between two different dynamics between trying to help everyone and keep them informed, or falling victim to anger issues and lashing out at them in revenge.
**Kevin Neece explained in The Tutelage of Seiji Noma that his Mental Health Doctor Dr Kelley Farmer was not a trustworthy person that he could confide in. Every time he was forced to explain what was happening in the Ah My Goddess Witchcraft Investigation, her immediate response was to up the Dosage, believing that Kevin Neece's belief in Witchcraft was a Mental Health Issue instead of a Religious Belief. Kevin Neece repeatedly warned Dr Kelley Farmer that he was unable to take to prescribed dosage every day because it kept resulting in Drowsiness Issues that would cause him to knock out and lose an entire day, and Dr Kelley Farmer kept insisting that Drowsiness was not a side effect of Olanzapine. Kevin Neece looked up the issue on Yahoo AI and was informed that Drowsiness in connection to Olanzapine was a warning side that he was being overmedicated. Kevin Neece believes that Dr Kelley Farmer's real motivation in upping the dosage over and over again was because she was possibly being paid by the pharmaceutical companies to prescribe their products. Because of these factors, Kevin Neece was unable to trust and confide in his Mental Health Doctor, and would repeatedly tell her what she wanted to hear over the phone just so she would input his prescriptions to Walgreens and leave him the fuck alone. Kevin Neece does not trust Dr Kelley Farmer at all, but he is forced to depend on her because the medication is still necessary.
**Kevin Neece informed Kodansha Ltd that he had already willingly self admitted himself to the Austin Oaks Psych Ward for a psychological evaluation because he believed he had been spiritually possessed by a demon after burning a Ouija Board used in his Paranormal Experiments with Ah My Goddess. The Medical Health Professionals at Austin Oaks repeatedly patronized him, believing that his claims of Jim Neece being involved in a Real Life Government Conspiracy Case were the work of Mental Illness, and his own mother Debbie Brand tried to warn them that he was telling the truth. Six Years Later, everyone living in the Houston Texas Area around the San Jacinto River were diagnosed with Terminal Cancer because they had been poisoned with Dioxin via the Drinking Water Supply. Kevin Neece failed to get the case investigated because the FBI believed his beliefs in Witchcraft and the Occult classified him as an uncredible witness on Mental Health Grounds.

Kyoto Animation attempted to deny the claims of Plagiarism, only to discover that Shinji Aoba's book had been submitted to one of their contests, but still refused to accept responsibility for their actions. Kyoto Animation's entire staff paid the price for their CEOs actions, while their Company Leadership hid behind their Lawyers. Kevin Neece argues in The Tutelage of Seiji Noma that Shinji Aoba may have had a point, because he was left with no choice but to empathize with him due to the treatment he had received from Kodansha Ltd for Nine Years. Despite all of these Warning Signs that something was wrong, Kodansha Ltd refused to respond.
**Kevin Neece made a movie called Marller Gets a Spinoff The Buck Stops with You, expressing his concerns against Kodansha Ltd on Ethics Grounds against Yoshinobu Noma. Before Kevin Neece made this movie, the staff members at Kodansha Ltd would watch the online videos on youtube out of curiosity from his emails, but after the movie was sent out, the view counts stopped, implying that Yoshinobu Noma ordered them not to engage with Kevin Neece's emails after he had been criticized in the movie. If Yoshinobu Noma had any sense of humility as a CEO, he would have reached out to Kevin Neece and apologized to him to explain himself. His actions in this issue signify that he is too arrogant to apologize for his actions. Yoshinobu Noma is sitting in a position of power and has surrounded himself with people who are dependent upon him for their paychecks, which means that none of them are unable to approach him and warn him when he is making a judgment error because they are afraid he will fire them if they offend him. If Kodansha Ltd's CEO is such an Asshole, that none of his employees can tell him the truth out of fear of being fired, then that means that Yoshinobu Noma is unfit to serve as a Company CEO.
**Kevin Neece has made a large number of accusations against Kosuke Fujishima and the Ah My Goddess franchise, claiming that the real Urd Verdandi Skuld are professional death goddesses that kill people for their dayjobs, with no discrimination between adults and children. **Kevin Neece has showcased evidence to the entire staff of Kodansha Ltd and Dark Horse Comics that his Witchcraft Experiments and connection to Hekate Goddess of the Crossroads has gifted him with dangerous abilities that normal people are unable to do. Kevin Neece's knowledge of witchcraft classifies him as a Lethal Weapon and his association with Death Goddesses labels him as a Borderline Serial Killer which he has admitted to the Austin Police Department and the US Intelligence Agencies. His Black Mirror in his bedroom classifies as a Weapon of Mass Destruction because of its abilities to manifest natural disasters and death incidents on Social Media News. **Kevin Neece made a movie called Who Shot Mike Richardson that was intentionally designed to provoke a reaction from Dark Horse Comics after one of their staff members warned him that his emails were being deleted without being read for six years. The movie depictions Mike Richardson being forced to step down due to a change in corporate leadership only to be shot dead by an unknown employee after announcing that the CEO role of his company was being handed to an outsider from Starbucks and Alamo Drafthouse instead of someone who had put the work in at his company for decades. Dark Horse Comics sent the Austin Police Department to Kevin Neece's front door out of fear that he was planning to attack their company and Kevin Neece explained to the Police Officers that he had been trying to present an investigation to Dark Horse Comics for Six Years and could not get through to them, and the movie was made as a Last Resort to get their attention. Kevin Neece screened the movie into the Black Mirror on Halloween Night to see if the Death Goddesses would kill Mike Richardson, and Three Years Later, Mike Richardson was fired from his own company because he made the mistake of allowing Embracer Group to take control of the company only to discover their intentions were to change the output of Dark Horse Comics from Comic Books to Video Games. Kevin Neece successfully petitioned the Goddess Hotline Office and it resulted in a Company CEO being removed from a position of power against his will, mirroring the plot elements of the movie. Kodansha Ltd and Dark Horse Comics refused to respond.
**Kevin Neece made a secret witchcraft petition video that he never released online against Tim League and the Alamo Drafthouse after being approached by a former employee named Anne Heller, who had been severely wrong by Tim League and Lars Nilsen in Court, and they got away with it because they were rich and could buy their way out of jail time. Kevin Neece screened the Ah My Goddess Petition Video into the Black Mirror on Halloween Night and one month later, Alamo Drafthouse filed for Bankruptcy, closed down a number of their best theaters, and were forced to sell themselves to a Corporation that had been scandalized for running abusive foster homes. Tim League stepped down from his own company and was forced to start a brand new theater called Metro Theater so that he could rebuild and start over, leaving Alamo Drafthouse behind after he had been repeatedly scandalized for his unethical actions and behavior as a CEO. Kevin Neece successfully petitioned the Goddess Hotline Office and it bankrupted a Company once regarded as the Best Theater in America, and removed a Company CEO from a position of power against his will. Kodansha Ltd and Dark Horse Comics refused to respond.
**Kevin Neece released The Tutelage of Seiji Noma to US Congress and the United Nations, which criticized both SAG AFTRA and Kodansha Ltd on Ethics Grounds and Blacklisting Practices. The film was listed on Sean Astin's IMDB at the top of his profile, with the video itself hosted on IMDbTV's servers. SAG AFTRA and Kodansha Ltd made no attempts to defend themselves against the allegations made by Kevin Neece in the movie, nor did they attempt to press charges against him on defamation grounds. The movie depicts Kevin Neece murdering the entire staff of Kodansha Ltd, Dark Horse Comics, and Spindlehorse Animation with a Death Note after Seiji Noma engaged in a large number of rational well thought out arguments explaining why he should not go out and do this, even if he believed he had the ability to get away with it. Even Yoshinobu Noma himself had valid criticisms to make against Kevin Neece in the movie. And he went through with it anyways because he realized that if he sat back and allowed them to continue to treat him like this for the next thirty years, they would simply go out and do it to somebody else. Kodansha Ltd announced contests for new artists with $60,000 rewards, and collaborations with Mentors to help guide their future manga franchises and careers. How could Yoshinobu Noma possibly be trusted after what Kodansha Ltd has done to Kevin Neece for the past nine years. Alamo Drafthouse used to offer unpaid internships for their lower level employees which no intention of ever hiring them onto Alamo Creative, so that their staff members could steal their ideas. That's what Kodansha Ltd's contests and mentorships remind me of. They're not after new talent to help them get into the industry. They're after new talent because they have run out of ideas themselves. Despite all of these allegations, Kodansha Ltd and SAG AFTRA refused to respond.
**Kevin Neece warned the entire staff that an employee who has been acting under their bosses orders out of fear of being fired could still be held accountible for their actions if a possible crime had been committed, like the Nazis that were hunted down after World War II who claimed that they were simply following orders and the laws that changed in their own country. Kodansha Ltd refused to respond. The Nazis were telling the truth. The Concentration Camps were departmentalized so that the Citizens of Germany were unaware of what was happening in them. In Judgment at Nuremburg, Ernst Yanning tells the audience, "If we didn't know what was happening, it's because we didn't want to know. Hitler told us everything that we wanted to hear. That we could become a great nation once again. Where were we when children were being hauled off in trains to concentration camps. Where were we when victims were crying out in the night. Were we deaf? dumb? blind?" Yes Kodansha Ltd, where were you when Kevin Neece came forward to address his concerns to you? Why did you sit back in silence while all of this was happening for nine years? Didn't Kevin Neece have the common courtesy to warn you what could be about to happen? Did he not attempt to explore every other option available before he was forced to come to this? Didn't you have the common sense to recognize all of the warnings signs that were presented in this email?
