Kevin Neece recently read on wikipedia that Kodansha Ltd made a deal with Disney+ in 2022 to develop series based on their IP. As Ah My Goddess is one of Kodansha Ltd's IP and Disney has a reputation for taking Sorcery, Magic, and Witchcraft characters and altering them so that they appeal to children, it would make sense that Ah My Goddess might someday wind up on Disney's Roster as Belldandy Urd and Skuld would make potential Disney Princesses and Mara Marller's Voice Actress Alissa Hunnicutt already works for Disney as it is.
I'm not worried about the witchcraft curse of the Three Norns, because Disney's Film Productions such as Marvel Films and Hocus Pocus are already being manipulated by Urd Verdandi Skuld and Hekate. If they revive Ah My Goddess, one of the cast or crew members might die in connection to the project but the other cast and crew members should be relatively safe. As long as one of the cast members is willing to take one for the team, it'll probably be all right.
What I'm personally afraid of is Disney has a terrible reputation for targeting people who use their characters unlicensed and once they gain control over Ah My Goddess, they may attempt to legally target Kevin Neece's Fan Films. Their lawyers have targeted people for using Spiderman on their Children's Cemetery Tombstone or Mickey Mouse on a Cake. Things that you would think they would have overlooked and let it slide but they didn't. However, Kevin Neece's spinoff is also a crossover with the Doctor Who Television Series, which was distributed by Disney+ and I haven't been attacked by their lawyers over the TARDIS being featured in my cartoons, so maybe they will let it go.
If Disney did produce a revival of Ah My Goddess, and it resulted in Major Publicity for the show on IMDb, then all of the newcomers might see Kevin Neece's Fan Film listings on IMDb and check out my fan films via simple name recognition, so it might be beneficial to me to just sit back and let them do it without contesting them.
Even if Disney's Lawyers did try to sue Kevin Neece, what they don't realize is that somebody from the US Government has been protecting Kevin Neece from Criminal Prosecution. Corey Feldman, SAG AFTRA, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and the entire US Congress have had legal grounds to prosecute Kevin Neece recently and the cases just disappeared and I never heard from them again. Now why do you think that is? Disney's Lawyers might not be able to touch Kevin Neece even if they tried.
